POLICIES & RESERVATIONS

Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

Payment: 50 percent of full payment is due at the time of the reservation. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival. In addition to a major credit card, cash and travelers checks are also accepted forms of payment.

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to 9 pm of your scheduled day of arrival.  Cancellation of your entire reservation or any part of your reservation after that date will result in a charge to your credit card for one nights stay plus tax for each room reserved. These terms also apply to early departure notifications. Guests reserving 2 or 3 rooms, or making a reservation for more than 3 nights, are required to provide 7 days cancellation notice.  Groups reserving more than 3 rooms are required to provide notice of cancellation 6 weeks prior to their scheduled day of arrival. Any guest that fails to provide notice of cancellation will be charged for their entire reservation. 

If reserved parking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, guests are responsible for payment of all nights of parking initially reserved.

Check-In: Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm, Monday-Saturday and between 3 pm and 7 pm on Sundays.If you anticipate a later check-in (after 9 pm, Monday-Saturday or after 7 pm on Sundays), please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements. You are welcome to check in earlier if your room is ready. If you arrive prior to 3 p.m. and your room is not ready, we will gladly hold your luggage for you.

Check-Out: Check out is at 12:00 Noon. If you are catching a late afternoon or evening flight, we will store your luggage until 9 pm (7 pm on Sundays).

Restrictions: No pets, no smoking.

Breakfast: All rates include a Delicious Continental Breakfast served daily in our sunny breakfast room.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Occupancy: Occupancy of our Guest Rooms is limited to registered guests.

Pet Policy: Adam's Inn is pet-friendly and allows dogs in 3 rooms with exterior entrances (100A, 100B, 15). We charge a fee of $25.00 per night for the first dog and $10 per night for an additional dog. We also require a fully refundable $100 damage deposit. Dogs must be trained and well behaved. Dogs may not be left alone in the room unless in a cage. We may consider other pets on a case-by-case basis. Adam’s Inn is not liable for the health or safety of any pets.

Adam's Inn Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for any guest's personal belongings during the guest's stay.
