POLICIES & RESERVATIONS

Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club. Cash and travelers' checks are also accepted.

Payment: All payments are due in full upon arrival. For your convenience, credit card payments will be pre-authorized for the length of your stay if payment cannot be made upon arrival. 

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to 9pm of your scheduled day of arrival.  Cancellation of your entire reservation or any part of your reservation after that date will result in a charge to your credit card for one nights stay plus tax for each room reserved.  These terms also apply to early departure notifications.  Further, guests reserving 2 to 6 rooms are required to provide notice of cancellation 7 days prior to 9pm of their scheduled day of arrival.  Groups reserving more than 6 rooms are required to provide notice of cancellation 6 weeks prior to their scheduled day of arrival. Any guest that fails to provide notice of cancellation will be charged for their entire reservation. 

Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay is required for Sat. night reservations.

Check-In: Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm, Monday-Saturday and between 3 pm and 7 pm on Sundays.If you anticipate a later check-in (after 9 pm, Monday-Saturday or after 7 pm on Sundays), please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements. You are welcome to check in earlier if your room is ready. If you arrive prior to 3 p.m. and your room is not ready, we will gladly hold your luggage for you.

Check-Out: Check out is at 12:00 Noon. If you are catching a late afternoon or evening flight, we will store your luggage until 9 p.m.

Restrictions: No pets, no smoking.

Breakfast: All rates include a Continental-Plus Breakfast served daily in our sunny breakfast room.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Occupancy: Occupancy of our Guest Rooms is limited to registered guests.
